This policy describes how GPSGo (“we”, “us”), a vehicle and phone tracking app for iPhone and CarPlay, handles information when you use the app and its server at gpsgo.upanet.org (the “Service”).
We don’t use your data for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent or trade any information. The app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking. Only you and the people you share a vehicle with can see its location and trips. To look up street names, the Service sends coordinates (not your account details) to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. Maps, place search and directions in the app use Apple Maps, which Apple processes under its own privacy policy. The Service runs on our server in the European Union.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: open the vehicle list, tap the account button and choose Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, your devices with all their positions and trips, your shares and your fleet chat from our server. Vehicles other people shared with you stay with their owners.
You can also email info@upanet.org from your account’s email address and we will delete it within 30 days.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
